எமது பணி மற்றும் நோக்கு 

• தமிழ்நாடு உற்பத்தி என்பது, அனைத்து நடவடிக்கைகளிலும் அடிப்படை தத்துவமாக இருக்கும். இந்த இயக்கம் இந்தியாவின் பிற மாநிலங்களுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில், தமிழ்நாட்டை உயர்ந்த நிலை தர உற்பத்தி இடமாக மேம்படுத்தும்.. இந்திய தயாரிப்பின் தரம் மற்றும் சிறப்பு ஆகியவை தமிழ்நாட்டில் தயாரிப்பாக  அடையாளம் காணப்படக்கூடியதாக இருக்கும்.
• மாவட்டங்களைமையமாக கொண்டு, மாவட்டஆதாரங்களின் அடிப்படையில் நடுத்தர மற்றும் சிறிய கைத்தொழில்கள் புதிய முனைப்போடு மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். மாவட்டத்தி உள்ளவர்களுக்கு மாவட்டத்திற்குள்ளேயே  வேலை வாய்ப்பினை வழங்கப்படும்., ஒரு வருட காலத்தினுள் அனைத்து தொழில் துறைகளையும் புத்துயிரூட்டுவதற்கு அதிகபட்ச முயற்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
• சிறுதொழில்கள் உள்ளூர் வளங்கள் மற்றும் வேலை வாய்ப்பின் அடிப்படையில் முதன்மையாக‌ வேண்டும் என்பதால், பற்றாக்குறைகள் எதுவும் இருக்காது மற்றும் குறைந்தபட்ச தேவைகள்அரசால் கவனிக்கப்படும்.
• பிற மாநிலங்களில் இருந்து புலம் பெயர்ந்த தொழிலாளர்கள் எந்த நடவடிக்கைகளிலும் அனுமதிக்கப்படமாட்டார்கள்.
• பல்வேறு துறைகளின் இணைப்பு ஊடகமாகஅரசு அதிக அளவில் பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும்.
• தொற்றுநோய் க் காய்ச்சல் காரணமாக ஊரடங்குஏதுமின்றி, அதிக அறிவியல் வழி மூலம் கையாளப்பட வேண்டும்.  பீதி மற்றும் பயம் உருவாக்கும், நடவடிக்கைகளை விட தரமான மருத்துவ வழிமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.
• தமிழ்நாட்டில் வேலைவாய்ப்பு, வீட்டு வசதி, உணவு,கல்வி, மருத்துவம் ஆகிய வசதிகள் இல்லாமல் யாரும் இருக்க முடியாது. இவற்றில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்று இல்லையெனினும்உரிய இழப்பீட கள் நேர இழப்பு இல்லாமல் ஈடு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
• அமைப்புசாரா தொழிலாளர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் வாழ்வாதாரத்திற்கும் எதிர்காலத்திற்கும் காப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும்.
• அனைத்து நடுத்தர, சிறிய மற்றும் சிறிய வணிகங்கள் பாதுகாக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• காவல்துறையை நவீனமயமாக்குதல் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களுடன் தேவையற்ற தொடர்புகளை மேற்கொள்ளாமல் அறிவியல் பூர்வமாக கையாளுதல் . மேலும் நவீன காவல் சீர்திருத்தங்கள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.
• பிற மாநிலங்களில் வாழும் தமிழஜகத்தை சார்ந்தவர்கள்மீண்டும் வரவேற்கப்படுவார்கள், அத்தகையவர்களுக்குத் தமிழ்நாட்டில் தொடர்ந்து நிலைத்திருக்க அனைத்துஉதவிகளும் வழங்கப்படும்.
• இந்தியாவில் கூட்டாட்சி அமைக்க குறிப்பாகமாநிலங்களுக்கு கல்வி, மருத்துவம் மற்றும் எஞ்சிய அதிகாரங்களை மீண்டும் கொண்டு.வர முயர்சிக்கப்படும்.
• அரசு துறையினர் காலவரையறையின் அடிப்படையில் பொதுமக்களின்தேவைகளை நிறைவு செய்திட வேண்டும். மற்றும் எந்தவொரு மீறலும் ஒழுக்கக்கட்டுப்பாடற்ற நடவடிக்கைகளாக கருதப்படவேண்டும்.
• அரசாங்க நடவடிக்கைகள் அனைத்திலும் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை இருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்தில் ஊழல் என்பது முழுமையாக ஒழிக்கப்படவேண்டும்.
• பூரண மதுவிலக்கு முழுமையாக அமல்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.

 Our Mission and Vision

• Make Tamilnadu, India will be the basic thrust in all activities and this campaign shall make Tamilnadu in superior mode in comparison to other states of India and whenever make in India is there, quality and specialty shall be the hall mark of make in Tamilnadu.
• There shall be maximum efforts to revive all industrial sectors within a span of one year with thrust on medium and small industries based on district centric resources and concentrating providing employment at the place of residence.
• As Industries shall be predominantly based on local resources and employment, there shall not be any shortages and any minimum requirements shall be taken care of by the state.
• Migrant labors from other states shall not be permitted in any activities.
• There shall be more government of Tamilnadu undertakings to act as connecting links of various sectors.
• Pandemic Influenzas shall be dealt without lock downs and with more scientific way. Instead creating panic and fear, influenzas shall be dealt with superior leadership.
• There shall be no one without employment, housing, food ,education and medical care in Tamilnadu. Any deprival of any one of these shall be suitably compensated without loss of time.
• All unorganized laborer shall be provided insurance for both livelihood and future.
• All medium, small and tiny businesses shall be protected.
• Police shall be more modernized and unnecessary interaction with public shall be scientifically reduced. More modern police reforms will be introduced.
• Natives of Tamilnadu living in other states shall be welcomed back and such people will be provided all monetary help to sustain in Tamilnadu.
• A consistent work to make the federal set up in India in working condition and especially, bringing back education, medical and residual powers to the states.
• Government Departments shall be mandated to deal with public requirements on time bound basis and making any violation as indiscipline activity.
• There shall be transparency in all government actions and corruption shall be anathema in the administration.
• Total prohibition shall be adhered

எதிர் நோக்கும் பிரச்சனைகள்

பட்டினி, வேலைவாய்ப்பின்மை, வீடற்றநிலை ஆகியவற்றை ஒழிக்க, தமிழ்நாடு தனது தற்போதைய அணுகுமுறையை மாற்ற வேண்டும். சில நேரங்களில், அமைப்பு முற்றிலும் மாறுபட்ட ஒன்றாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.  வேலைவாய்ப்பற்ற அனைவருக்கும் குறுகிய காலத்திற்குள் வேலை வாய்ப்பு அளிப்பது எளிதாக ஒன்றல்ல. ஆனால், அதை நாம் நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும்.

தனியார் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் இருக்கும் போது அனைத்து மட்டங்களிலும் இலவச கல்வியை உருவாக்கவேண்டியது மிகப்பெரிய பணியாக இருக்கும், ஆனால் நாம் அதை அடைய வேண்டும்.

தனியார் மருத்துவமனைகள் நிறைய உள்ளன, ஆனால் நாம் இலவச சுகாதார சுகாதாரத்தை செய்ய வேண்டும்.

மையப்படுத்தப்பட்ட தொழில் வளர்ச்சிகள் பரவலாக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அதற்காக நாம் மாவட்டத்தை வளர்ச்சியின் அலகாக ஆக்க வேண்டும்.

தமிழக அரசியல் என்பது ஊழல் சக்திகளுடன் குடும்ப உறவுகளும், பரம்பரை அரசியலும் சேர்ந்து தான் உள்ளது. ஆனால், இந்த கூறுகளை நாம் அகற்றாவிட்டால், நமது எல்லா அமைப்பு முறைகளிலும்  முற்றிலும் மாறுதலை காண்பதற்கு சாத்தியம் இல்லை.

சாதிய, மதவாத சக்திகள் அரசியல் வெளியை நுட்பமாக ஆக்கிரமித்து க்கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. இந்த சக்திகள் ஒவ்வொரு பிரச்சினைகளிலும்  அரசியல் விளைவாக மாற்றுகிறார்கள். இதனால் தமிழகத்தில் அமைதி எப்போதும் குலைந்தே உள்ளது..

Issues

To eradicate hunger, unemployment and houseless, Tamilnadu needs to change its present attitude. sometimes, a total reversion of system. It is not going to be easy to provide employment to all the unemployed within a short span of time, but we have to accomplish it.

It is going to be biggest task in making education at all levels free when there are private educational institutions, but we have to achieve it.

There are plenty of private hospitals but making free health care is possible and we should do it.

Centralized industrial developments need to be decentralized and for that we shall make district as unit of development.

Politics is occupied by dynastic and family coupled with corrupt elements but unless we remove these elements, there is no possibility of total reversion of system.

Casteist and religious elements are subtly occupying the political space and these elements make every issue as that of political resulting in tranquility being always disturbed in Tamilnadu.
